Chris is a managing director of Kinderhook. From 1999 through 2003, Chris was a partner at Soros Private Equity Partners, a multi-billion dollar leveraged buyout fund sponsored by George Soros. From 1996 to 1999, Chris was an investment manager with Capital Resource Partners, a middle market growth mezzanine investment firm based in Boston, MA. Prior to Capital Resource Partners, Chris was an associate at Colony Capital, a real estate investment firm based in Los Angeles. Chris began his career as an M&A analyst at Salomon Brothers, Inc. Chris graduated from Yale University and received his MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
Chris serves on the board of directors of AbsoluteCare, ActiveRadar, Avita Care Solutions, Coleman Powersports, GlobalHealth, Life Line Screening, Physician Partners, Primeritus Financial Services, Trilogy Home Healthcare, and ZVRS.
