For more than 35 years, Dr. Hall has devoted his career to democratizing and scaling compassionate, competent care for diverse communities, particularly those affected by HIV and the underserved. Before joining Avita, he was chief medical officer of Q Care Plus, a community-focused care management solution that offers stigma-free access to telehealth (and is now a part of the Avita Care Solutions family). With a rich history in infectious disease care and prevention, Dr. Hall has served in diverse roles across medical practices and local, state, and national organizations, working on policy, research, and program development to expand HIV awareness and prevention in diverse communities.
Dr. Hall received his MD from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, completed the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Brigham & Women’s Hospital (part of Harvard University), and finished the Infectious Disease Fellowship Program at the University of California, San Francisco. He is honored to serve as medical director for Face to Face, a legacy HIV/AIDS service organization in Sonoma County, Calif., and remains a medical consultant for the California Prevention Training Center’s California STD Warmline and an STI/HIV expert for RubiconMD.
